I stayed at Apa Hotel Ueno Okachimachi Ekimae Minami for four nights and truly appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the Standard Single Room. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, close to the Okachimachi train station and various eateries.

I stayed for 9 nights in a Standard Single Room. The A/C worked great, and I loved the amenity bags with fresh towels. Super close to Okachimachi station Plus, the nearby convenience store was a lifesaver. Great overall!

I loved how the apartment was immaculate with super clean beds! It was also convenient to have washers and an ice machine available. Plus, the staff went above and beyond when our flight was canceled

Wicked good stay! The location’s super convenient with the metro right there, and I was stoked about the fresh towels every other day. Would definitely recommend for a comfy spot!

There are no 'Do Not Disturb' signs, which caused frustration when needing extra time to leave!!! The parking is limited, so confirming a reservation ahead of time is crucial.

the bathroom is absolutely tiny, I had to fight with my toiletries every time I needed something. plus, the one elevator was a nightmare during peak hours! I almost thought of giving a good review, but I simply couldn’t. I also expected some special treatment, but apparently, I’m just like everyone else here.

The location is fantastic with quick access to Okachimachi station and many great restaurants nearby. The room, while typical of Tokyo's compact size, offers excellent functionality and amenities, including tea and coffee. Staff was friendly, and I appreciated the regular towel changes.

The location was fantastic, just steps from the nearest station, providing easy access to many attractions. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was consistently clean throughout my stay. Breakfast options were limited, and some of the facilities felt cramped, particularly during peak hours, but the fresh-baked scones were a delightful treat each morning. Although the check-in process was slightly slow, the overall ambiance felt safe and welcoming for a solo traveler.
